    Hey guys
forgot the name of that effect and failed to google it
basically i want a mouse cursor when it enters a certain area of an element on the page
to kinda glue to that element so i could throw some extra animations & transformation to that element while cursor seats in that elements area
say you move cursor right or left and element transforms 2d or 3d
    hope you’ll get my point=)
i believe some js will be needed but i’ll leave it in css
maybe there is a proper way to do that without js

No…you can’t do that with CSS.

The mouse cursor is not an HTML element and cannot be detected by CSS.

So, yes, JS will be required.
