    Thanks again for your input! You’re a good teacher.

    I’m not sure if I can add attributes…One of SquareSpace’s claims to fame is that you can customize anything.

    So right now in my header section I have this:

    $(document).ready(function() {

    $(this).attr("title", "Living English Sapporo");
    

    });

    // change title
    document.getElementById("title").innerHTML="Living English Sapporo";
    

    The second blurb that you showed me to put in at the end actually doesn’t change anything :D
