    Hi

I’ve got a doubt to apply the “hover” effect with css and div to buttons that are
    designed in a background image.

This is the code I’m working on:

    Thanks

if I understand, there’s a background image and on hover, the foreground button and image fade-in. Do you have a specific question about doing this? A ‘rerun’ button implies a video, do you have a video and you want it to fade-in when the video is done?

    Hi

I have an image that is the background of a web page but it has designed buttons. The purpose is when a user passes with the mouse through each button another image appears (the effect should be like the onmouseover).

    The code is: https://jsfiddle.net/r9bcv0ms/

    Thanks

You’ve resurrected a dead post from a year ago without explaining the issue.

Perhaps you need to clarify the problem you are having.
