    I cant upload the files in my site… What should i do? And how i upload it correctly?

    You have 3 questions going on here. What exactly is your issue? Do you want to include jQuery into a wordpress site, do you need a solution for a very long dropdown (as the article you linked to is about), or do you want to know how to upload a file to a server?
