How Do I make Nav drop-down Menu, popup when on bottom of screen

I’m working on a webpage, that when it opens the nav menu is at the bottom of the page. The problem is that when I scroll over (faculty/staff), the menu drops down and I can’t see it. I need it to pop-up.

But when I scroll up, I need the menu to drop down like normal.

You probably want to show an example in Codepen, I doubt anyone will download “random” files on the internet.

I’m sorry I wasted anyone’s time. I didn’t realize this would be a problem.

Why not copy paste the code into a pen? I’m sure people would want to help out, I just don’t think they’re inclined to download the code.
