How do i creat a simple comment sign up log in and comment posting on my page

hello guys i need help am a new to website designing so i dont really know how to code but understands few. and i need to creat a sign in ,sing up and also to allow users to post comments on my page

Are you already using a CMS for your project?
Can you use wordpress?
What languages do you know?

I don’t want to be rude but if you don’t know how to code, simply you will not be able to develop your registration/login page just by having some help on this forum.

I suggest you to google for some tutorials, but it will depends on your skills.
For instance you could find Python easier to digest than php or if you have some javascript knowledge you could go for a MEAN-stack app
