How can i stop my WP child theme from being fluid

if you re size the browser youll see the two pictures in the right sidebar fall to the bottom… now that would be find accept for the fact that depending on how small the browser window is there is still a ton of white space where the pictures should be..

so, how could i make thie twenty eleven child theme fixed width, i dont want it moving around..

It actually is a fixed width but it’s using percentages as margins, that’s where your trouble is coming from. Change all of the margins to a specific width in pixels.
