How can i make each div can scroll and the header or title has fixed in the top

Hello, i have some question about scroll div with one fixed div in the header so i found the simple demo in stackoverflow and customs as i need, the demo is here

each div wrap by colour red not like demo in codepen, it wrap all div, it should be each div has wrap by colour red and has space each other
