How can I get this animation in WordPress?

Is it possible to recreate the navigation animation from this site:

gensler.com

I’d like to have the animation that shows the nav area adjusting when you scroll down the page.

Are there any plugins like this or would it have to be done as it’s own little project?

Why not inspect it in your browsers developer tools.

It just a matter of transitioning the position values once a certain point has been reached.

That will require a little Javascript (to detect the scroll point) and, probably, a class being applied.

If you’re asking if there’s something you can just add to WP that will do this…I doubt it…but there’s no harm in looking.
