    Please could anyone tell me how to change colour of one of the tabs, or the text on one of the tabs on a ‘Hover on everything but’ menu. Thank you

    Perhaps you could show us your code in Codepen.

    The easiest thing is to give that specific ‘tab’ a class and target it through CSS.
