Hover A Link and Display an Image

is there any way as we show Tool tips on hovering a text, i wana know if we hover a Link then how can we show An image, as in some paragraph there are some links on them when user will hover a Image Will Raise… how can we do that?

There is no difference. However you would do the tool tip do the same with the image.
