Horizontal scrollbar error with Full Browser Width Bars

I think this question was asked many times before so my apologies for bringing it up again. But I’ve spent 2 days without finding the solution.
I could not change the structure of my website so I used the css trick taught on Full Browser Width Bars to have full width images on my website. But when I checked my website on my phone (iPhone 6), I realized that there is a huge horizontal scrollbar. I tried every solution discussed but couldn’t get it work.

You’ll have to search for the solution in these CSS selectors:

.homeBanner:before, .homeBanner:after
.countUpSection:before, .countUpSection:after

Because there is a width set to 9999px which causes the scrolling.
But I can’t find the exact solution because there is just too much styling.
