Help with one modul going over footer

pleas take a look on my web site in any category when you scrool down a map on the left side will cover the footer.
My goal is so it folows lihe menu .
My eanglish is bad so i canot find words to describe it.

and haw would i make tooltip1 to do the same as menu so when scrooling down it first wait and then it folov’s on top of the page.
