Help with CSS T&T #73: Building a WordPress Theme!

Hello,

I have created my own version of the Kailin Yong site based on Chris’s specs from the Part 1 and Part 2 of this, but I am wondering this:

How do I create new .php files in WordPress?

At the 25% part of the video, Chris opens up WordPress, and already seems to have all these pages created for Kailin’s site, like "biography", "photos", "discography", etc. It seems like he maybe forgot to include how he created those?

I don’t have a web background and I’m trying to sideline my way into web design. Know HTML/CSS, but need to learn PHP.
Can someone contact me via my Gmail below or Facebook and help walk me through this?

I don’t remember the video, but you can simply create "pages" within WordPress by clicking on Pages in the sidebar and then going "Add New". I’m not sure if that answers your question.
