Help getting rid of lightbox on tumblr theme

Hi, i got this tumblr theme and i have been modifing it. Something i want to do is remove the lightbox feature you get when you click on a post.

When clicking on a post it shows you the permalink in a lightbox. I’d like to remove this so that when you click on the post it takes you to the permalink instead of it showing you the permalink on top of the actual site.

Also, on the tumblr, if you scroll all the way down, you can see a link called “install”. Can’t seem to be able to find how to remove that either.
