    I just want to ask for a “best practice” tip on my project.
    Most of the section of my page has an image that is “kinda” related to the content but I think it’s more of a decor for me so I’m not sure if I will set it as an inline tag or set as background image in CSS.

    OK, I just code it as an inline img tag for easy positioning.

    It looks fine. If you’ve got nutritional information add it under the images as it breaks up the page and injects colour.
