    I replaced the blog title with a Flash that has extended white space (in the vertical direction only) that I wish to remove. I’ve already tried ‘background:none’, and ‘padding:0’ on the Flash object itself, but I still couldn’t get the white space to go. I also tried to reduce the length of the container (header selector) itself, but instead, it hid the menu bar.

    Here is the basic structure:

    And here are the related CSS:

    #header-widgets {
    display: inline;
    float: right;
    }
    #header .blogtitle, #header .description {
    display: none;
    }
    #header {
    height: 150px;
    background: none;
    z-index: -1;
    }
    #text-10 {
    background: none;
    border: none;
    position: absolute;
    top: 0px;
    right: 0px;
    }

    Replace the localhost route with gallery.centilin.com/top.swf

    But I do need to get it working at width of 1065, and as shown by the fiddle, this should only create white space in the horizontal direction. Why does it create the white space in the vertical direction in my installation?
