Having trouble with Navigation Alignment

    I know that it is something simple that I am doing wrong, but I can’t seem to get my top navigation and my top header graphic to align correctly in multiple browsers. It looks fine in Firefox on my MAC, however the top nav is totally out of alignment in IE 7 and the header graphic is not lining up exactly with the page background in Firefox on the PC.

    If someone could take a look at my html and css to see what I am doing incorrectly I’d really appreciate it. Here is the url where I am currently testing the site:
