    Hey pplz, just wondering if anyone else has checked out Hammer?

    I haven’t even messed with half of the features yet and I’m already blown away at the amount of time it will save me when building a static site.

    Hammer is pretty handy if building a static site, or in early prototyping, but it’s not powerful enough to handle a PHP driven site – you’ll spend more time replacing the code than working on it if you intend to use PHP/MySQL.

    I’m starting to believe Elliot Jay Stocks is the Billy Mays of reviews for our industry’s products.

    @andy_unleash, absolutely. its great for what its great for but i can’t see it working well for every context, and especially not for anything requiring a CMS/PHP. I’m definitely keeping codekit on my dock for more intense projects.

    @chrisburton, LOL
