I am trying to figure out how to get a border with a shadow and a gradient on a container that is displayed over a header… (no, English is not my mother tongue)
I am thinking of something like what you find in “content” here:

and also similar to the CSS-tricks ribbon.
I have been tasked by my wife to improve her site:

by making it nicer. I googled and found this site but I am anything except an expert, as you can see in the html of the site.
