Hi all, I have a website that I’m developing called Webwave Building and I’m just curious why Google displays two separate pages as two different results for my website. Typically search engines now will display one website and show a couple of subpages under the same result.
For example:
Google search Apple
Apple
-Apple Store
-iPad
-Mac
And so on and so forth.
I want to achieve that, all in one result. I have one or two pages like this displaying with a search of “webwave building” but occasionally I’ll get webwavebuilding.com/whatwedo.html listed as a different result. Help?

Because, as you say, they are separate pages. That’s how the internet works; that’s how Google works.

This is a convenience feature that Google implements in search results. It is not “typical” behavior, and Google only does it when their algorithm decides that it will be “useful” for the search result. There isn’t any way for you to force this behavior, though Google does provide some tips.
Thank you
