google chrome displaying differently on a mac then on a windows machine, HELP!

i am working on my new website that i have put up at http://www.thomasdrotardesign.com/new/

the problem i am having is this. it works perfectly on my mac in chrome, safari, firefox and opera. however, when i view it on my dell computer, windows 10 it works perfectly in firefox but on chrome it is distorted.

is it the windows causing this discrepancy or am i missing some code in the html for the windows operating system?

any insight would be greatly appreciated.

So what’s the differences you see exactly? What do you mean by “distorted”?

You should never really have to use different code for different OS’s — it usually means there’s just something wrong in your code, and while one browser tries to fix it, another browser ignores it.
