I think there loads of improvements to be made. In my mind though what stands out first is the fact that the page seems so crowded. Not sure were too look first! I’m not a big fan of the fact that your using a lot of background images and flash as it is a web development site. The fonts seem to be all the place in size and i feel it could just use general styling.
But i do think there is somewhere to go with it!
Only had a quick look so will keep looking.
