    The themeforest ones are excellent to get started with.

    What I’ve been doing is going through the ones all linked at the top of the javascript forum entitled "do you suck at javascript…".

    Follow along and do all the examples yourself, then start getting creative. Then I’ve been finding things that I see that I really like (such as adding borders when you hover over fields on a form, or menus whose images fade in and out) and then see if you can duplicate them.

    It’s jolly good fun :)
