gallery of galleries (client side)

I want to create a client side gallery of galleries
without using flash or any server type languages or
services like php, .asp etc -simply because the
hosting server doesn’t provide them.
So almost all CMS’s are out.
Is there a gallery generator that makes use of .XML files to
reference the images stored on a flickr type hosting site?

I’ve wasted too much time
on this so the best solution is
to throw money at the problem
& a upgrade to server with
a few bells and whistles.
