I’m redoing my website and want to add a (customized) portfolio page. On that page I want to display references and examples of my work (video/photo/webdesign). I want to use JQuery and have an idea how it should look like…
When the ‘example’ button is pressed I want the background to darken (apple trailer style) and the content to appear. Depending on what kind of content it is.. If it’s a video I want a player that plays the video; if pictures I want a gallery that you can browse threw.
Should I program this from scratch or use a third party plugin?
I woud like to do this myself so it is customized and I can learn some JQuery in the process.
Any advice?
