fellow designers, still stuck on a problem. i am trying to put a full page border around my webpage using a .png and have not been clever enough to figure it out. please visit http://www.afamf.org

I am able to put a color as full page border but would love to have an african graphic png instead. any suggestions would be fantastic. links to existing sites that use this technique would be greatly appreciated as well.

If it’s a graphic that can repeat seamlessly, why not use it as the background of the main div and add a little bit of padding?
