Full page image and page title to always be in viewport

Hey,

I’ve got two issues and I’m struggling to get my head around the best way for a solution;

1. Full page image needs to be responsive and not stretch and therefore losing quality

2. A full page block sits below each image with the page heading inside – Is there a way to ensure this is always in the view port below the image on each screen size?
