    Hello,
    I cannot figure out where I am sending my form subissions. I tried to subit information myself and get nothing. Please let me know if you see it in my html. Thank you

    I don’t think it’s submitting anything. The script I’d expect to take care of that, validarium.js, is a 404.

    Your form action is set to contact.php, so I assume you’ve resolved your issue? If not, then the problem is likely in your PHP and it would be sensible to post that alongside your html.

    As an aside, you aren’t doing any validation. I submitted a blank form and still ended up with a thank you page for my submission.
