Is there a way to force a website to open in full screen by default? I’ve seen scripts that do it on click but I want it without a click event.
:) It’s a recreational website designed to showcase animations and forms. It displays fine in a normal browser window but users do not see the footer and if I resize the other elements in order to display the footer, the text becomes unreadable.
I have to agree with TheDoc. Besides, I don’t even think you can do this as this is not something any website should be able to control.
Your site accommodates your users, your users do not accommodate your site. The user is never wrong; you can decide not to support them, but that’s on you, not them.
Its true if you want that your website to be open in full screen you might have design problem. Because it will be an wrong approach. But if you are doing it for mobiles its perfect.
Noted. I’ll hit F11 when needed instead!
