I’m redesigning a site at centralvalleylandscape.com/test (the site takes a while to load cause i haven’t compressed or combined anything yet) and I’ve run into a weird issue. Everything looks and works just fine on regular size screens but when the site is viewed on a smaller screen (like a 13″ MacBook) the footer for some reason floats about 3″ from the bottom of the screen and the layout breaks. I’ve tried everything to fix this but had no luck. can anyone give me a clue as to what’s going on? Thanks!

At first blush it looks like a background image issue.

You are getting a defined height all the time. I think it’s probably in the implementation of the rolling background images.
