    I know this may be a simple and dumb question, but I am trying to create a a CSS circle background with a font icon from the Iconic Icon Set (http://somerandomdude.com/work/iconic/) overlaid in the center of it.

    Can anyone help?

    One more question, is there a water to use % or em instead of px for the height/width?

    Yup, just replace the pixels with ems!
