Followings is designed by myself, every one can tell me any mistakes or defects?

I am a rookie in Web design and i make [www.mandarinmorning.org](http://www.mandarinmorning.org “Learn Chinese in shanghai”). Now i design it and my friends said it was not professional and too many mistakes.
My mother tongue is Chinese i want to show you guys who speak fluent English and show me my mistakes or defects?

A few alignment issues.
–>separation space between login and register , or use any separator”/,|”
–>carousel numbers shrinking when hover or selecting one.
–> Image behind carousel.
–> use same colors with more dark and light for menu drop downs, instead of blue and orange.
–>The chat consultant image appearing on dropdowns .
–> separator lines below headers and not aligned with left contents.
