Flexible photography site feedback

can you give me your valuable comments and feedback on this flexible layout (and design in general) please?
All advice welcome!

I still need to tweak a lot of things (has anybody said sprite?) and some links are broken but you should get an idea.

PS: I’m not a designer, many of the ideas coming directly from css-tricks :-)

It’s very nice!
I would change just two things;
1. I think that the menu turns into a dropdown too early (when making the page smaller)
2. The hover on the buttons takes too long.

Other than that, it’s a very nice design.

I’m not qualified to offer much helpful feedback about the design. I do like it, and for the most part it looks very professional and functions well. I did notice that a couple of times when in a gallery and using the “>” navigation, it took me back to an image earlier in the sequence.

I have to add – fantastic photography!
