This is driving me nuts. I’ve been trying to figure this out for about two days (really)…
I’m using Cargo Collective. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix my thumbnails. The problem is, in the settings there is a “default image width” option in which my width for thumbnails is set to 219px. My pictures that are displayed lengthwise end up becoming too small. Both of the pictures that are shown in the top example are the same size, only the second one “shrinks”. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is killing me.
I have this, note the second image is “smaller”….

I want it to look like this, where the image doesn’t shrink when displayed lengthwise.

I’m just testing right now before i make “the real site”….
The 3rd and 5th pictures are, for example, the same size as pics 1,2 and 4 when uploaded.
But again, these pictures that are horizontal get condensed down to the 219 width.
From the settings we can see it looks like what you want to do is not possible unless there is something in the ‘formatting guide’ shown as a link.
Images that are larger are resized (scaled down) to the width specified in this setting;
