    I know this isn’t the proper thread but CSS Combat isn’t allowing me to post.

    I created a fixed header with “Journalism” and “Table of Contents” plus the multicolor bar. Each time the author writes a post, I put a loop in WordPress that would publish that bar under each one. I’m trying to get rid of the second one that is showing up under the fixed header. For some reason what i wrote isn’t working properly:

    .content-top .row-fluid.post:first-child { background-image: none; }
