Can anyone tell me how to fix my cross-browser display issues?

The second “bubble” on my home page is displaying incorrectly. It’s called “Markets and Retail”. I want all three bubbles to be the same size. This works fine on chrome and safari and my iphone 4 but it won’t display properly in firefox, and i’m fairly certain that means ie also.

Also, I want the Section with the farmers markets to display above 1023px, and below 1022px I want it to hide, and I would like the Weekly Markets section to display.

Can anyone tell me why this works in chrome and not in firefox?

Do you have a link or some code we can look at?

Do you recommend any CSS validator?
