With iOS7, the use of frosted-glass textures has become rather popular. In this pen used for a CSS-Tricks tutorial, a fallback image of a pelican is made using a transparent filter (as opposed to using a Webkit filter). Try as I might, I haven’t found anything that works… Is there any such filter available as a PSD or transparent PNG (preferred)?
