Facebook Template- CSS3 without WordPress

I really like the facebook(and google +) templates on here after reading each article. I did a search and the only thing I found was a php version using WordPress. I don’t use WordPress. Is there a tutorial/article on how to make a facebook template like the one on this site that shows on the bottom of each article?

Hi,

Yes, I mean the “recommended” button for facebook….when I read the articles on the front page there is a pretty blue rounded box with the facebook recommended button nested in it. I was wondering how that could be accomplished. I know how to make a CSS3 button….but not for facebook “recommended” functionality.
