    Dreamweaver Webkit version is not ever updated to latest version it like 6-7 month out of date as for IE (IE10 dose-not fully support the file api)

    Well unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be able to use the HTML5 events because it has to compatible with old browsers and I can’t load the jQuery libraries. I might just have to scrap the idea, but I thank you all for the help!
