div over sliders…

I have a slider with three images (right now i’m trying nivo slider) and would like to position 3 images (with links) over the slider so they stay in place while the images move beneath. How would I accomplish this? I’ve been able to position the three images over a regular image, but when I put in the slider it messes up.

Alright. I did the code as you suggested, and the images are positioned correctly, but only show once the page loads, and when the image slides, they don’t show again.

I put up the test here: http://ba-doyn.com/junk/leah/index_slider_layered.html and the images have a red border around them to make them easier to see.

Suggestions?

Ok. Almost there. I was able to add z-index to the images and they now work fine over the slider… but (there’s always a but) now the top navigation is now working.

Can you take a peek and see what I’m missing?

Hi everyone, i don’t know whether this is the post i should reply to get the answer of my issue. I want to make my div to slide over mobile. I am trying with revolution slider. It is working with image side but i don’t know how to call it for DIV. I used slick slider on my existing website https://uaehomewifi.com, it works fine over there but the site which i am working on, it doesn’t work. It stucks first and then when it opens, the div slider doesn’t work. Is it because of rev slider as it is by default in the theme? Or do you have any other idea as in CSS and HTML, i only find images to slide. Sorry for my bad English.
