Div coding messed up in IE..

Recently I made a layout designed for a players’ personal page on a browser-game. It looked just how I wanted it to in Firefox & chrome, but IE was pretty messed up.

Basically, the text boxes slide up in IE, rather then staying in their places.

I’m a newbie when it comes to div coding, but if you could tell me where it all went wrong & how to fix it (in a way that’s easy to understand), I’d really appreciate it~

EDIT: I just checked out my codepen on IE and it’s showing up fine there, but not when it’s in the normal IE browser..
