This thread is closed
https://css-tricks.com/custom-controls-in-html5-video-full-screen/
but is the 3rd most popular choice when I search for
“disable fullscreen video button in Firefox”
There is the StackOverflow topic too
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17678302/how-to-hide-full-screen-button-of-the-video-tag-in-html5
And this fiddle shows that the button can actually be hidden in FF :)
http://jsfiddle.net/deveedutta/TFU4V/5/
but if you transfer the fiddle to a CodePen…the fullscreen button comes back in FF :(

I cant find the trick. What did I miss?
The CSS works in Chrome and Safari but I can’t find a similar fix for FF or IE.
Thanks guys
