Decimal in table print in CSS

Hi I am a newbe in CSS writing, I have plugin in wordpress that create an invoice. In my theme I have a .txt with some of the text below, I need the numbers to be with 2 digits. Where and what do I need to insert below:

0) {%>

Item	Price	Qty	Total
0){ %>
Sub Total
Shipping
Discount
Tax
Grand Total

I believe I need to use rounding, but not sure where and how or if this is CSS or maybe php code.

Please help me :D
