I have someone that wants me to have this scroll box on top of the site, but they want it to be same width of the header and the text to scroll.

I added marquee tag to the text in the text box but this is not very good looking.

Also I was able to get the box to fit the same width as the header but it was showing up misaligned on older browsers so I removed the CSS and just have it back to whole page width.

How can I make it same width as header and have it scroll?

Note: This is a WordPress site and might need to edit PHP.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Put the red bar HTML inside of the .mh-container div. That seems like what you are trying to accomplish.
