    Hey friends,

This is what I’m trying to do:

I have a set of images that create a scroll bar … (a left and right arrow, a dot for the position on a scroller).

I also have a set of 10 images that are frames from a video… when flipped (or scrolled) through, they create an animation.

What I’d like to do is turn the arrows and dot into a custom scroll bar that displays one animation image at a time.. so that you can scroll through the animation.

I’ve been trying to find some snippets that I can put together to achieve this effect but I’m having trouble.

i think this could be achieved with the jQueryUI slider, although its pretty important to me that the arrows in my scroll bar make the slider move also. I’m not sure if there is a (relatively) easy way to get arrows into the mix with the jQueryUI slider…

    anyone know?

    Hi Indian!

I started out with the jQuery UI side scroll demo and added buttons… it’s too much code to post here, but I made a demo for you. :)

ah thats very kind. thanks for this Mottie!
