    Sorry for my English.
    If use transition parameter – during its execution used blur with transition.
    Can i disable blur with transition?

    Can you show us what you mean?

    Are you using the blur filter property?

    While transidion is is running text is blur. In the end – text is clear(or sharp)

    There is no transition on blur, that’s just the font not scaling well.

    There isn’t much you can do about than other than using an SVG font.

    Whether anti-aliasing will help, I don’t know.
