css3 accordion choppy on mobile

Hey,

first post in this great forum.

I have a problem with my css3 animated accordion.

I noticed that the transition of the accordion works great on my desktop but is choppy on my tablet and my mobile.

After reading about that problem, i found out that transition: height isn’t hw-accelerated.

i also read that transform is hw-accelerated, but have no clue how to achieve an accordion with transform.

maybe someone can help me out here.
