I was wondering about this site in itself.

Does it use web 1.0, web 2.0 or modern web methodologies.

    So HTML4/5 + CSS + JS + a back end like PHP
or modern web like react or angular2?

The reason i ask is because i’m in love with the menu they made. I don’t want to rip it off or anything but i was really hoping to see how they made it and which methodology they made it in.

If it’s not possible, my hat off to the person who designed it. It’s such a smooth NAV menu with fantastic animations.

For the front-end technology just view the source via right click and/or use the developer console (F12 in most browsers) – you can see exactly how the menu has been created, or anything else about the design/layout that you like; HTML, CSS and JS.

For the back-end, a quick look at the source will also show you that it’s build using WordPress (the source code will also point to some popular plugins in use) so you can download that yourself and explore the code for that too; PHP and a database. https://wordpress.org/download/
