CSS overlay: scrolling of background

Hello. I am trying to make a nice webpage for a friends. My skills of HTML and CSS writing are really low, so please help me with that issue:

I need to make full page overlay; I have succeed, but there is problem, that background “original” page scrolls fown a little bit. When I exit overlay, everything is normal again (it jumps back to original position). I need background not to scroll to different position.

Things happen when at “KONTAKTY” link at menu.
